These terms apply to your use of fitnesslab.com.au (the “website”), operated by FITNESS LAB WELLNESS PTY LTD, ABN 28 641 553 997, trading as FitnessLab (“FitnessLab”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the consent of a parent or guardian (see “Under 18s” in our Privacy Policy).

General information only

The content on this website, including our articles, FAQs and the Your Starting Point calculator, is general information. It is not medical, dietary or other professional advice, and it does not take your individual health circumstances into account. If you have a health condition or injury, please speak with your GP or another qualified health professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program.

Your Starting Point calculator

The calculator gives general guidance based on the answers you provide and on Australian physical activity guidelines (and may also draw on other data and guidelines such as the Australian Dietary Guidelines), so your results are only as accurate as your answers. Your results are estimates, not a personalised plan, prescription or diagnosis, and may include recommendations for FitnessLab programs or offers. If the calculator’s health-screening questions suggest you speak with a health professional first, please do so before relying on your results. How we handle the information you enter is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Offers and pricing

Prices and offers shown on the website, including the 2-Week Experience and Foundation Memberships, are in Australian dollars and include GST. Offers may have limited places, set dates or eligibility conditions, which will be explained with the offer. If a price or offer on the website contains an obvious error, we may correct it before we accept your booking or payment. Membership is subject to our membership terms and conditions, which you will receive before you join.

Bookings

Booking a Goal Mapping Session or other appointment through the website does not create a membership or any obligation to join.

Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, images, videos, graphics, logos and the calculator, belongs to FitnessLab or is used with permission. You may view and print content for your personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce or use it for any other purpose without our written permission.

Using the website

You must not use the website unlawfully or in a way that interferes with its operation or security, such as by introducing harmful code or copying content or calculator results by automated means.

Testimonials

Testimonials on this website are from real FitnessLab members, shared with their permission. Individual results vary, and a testimonial is not a promise of any particular result.
